The Emergence of BioChemistry-based Personalised Medicine by Dr Ian Wilson, Chair in Drug Metabolism and Molecular Toxicology at Imperial College.  Dr Wilson will discuss the development of the “omics” technologies  (genomics, proteomics, metabonomics), which has promised to revolutionise areas such as personalised medicine, and whether the current reality lives up to the hype, as well as where the technology is leading.
